It's a shame that your sushi tastes good, but the delivery service is really not good. After 2 hours I was told on the phone that it was forgotten to give ... that was the 2nd time, neither was there not even a call or email that takes a little longer, if the local area is overwhelmed with it then don't take it like that a lot. On the phone we also got a very unfriendly answer "yes, I will give it to me" since I am apparently not the only one who only criticizes the delivery service, it would be time to change something. I left you an email with the details to transfer the money back, thank you Update: because of the quick repayment and response, I increase it to 2 stars. The long waiting time is unfortunately very often the case with which I have no problem with maybe an hour. But nothing more, especially if you are not even informed;)

You pay 2 euros for delivery because you CANNOT pick it up and when you receive it, you get the saying “that's just around the corner, you could have picked it up yourself!”. That's very cheeky ... the food was okay ... I've already eaten better

That was the last time I ordered from you guys. Order is 100 meters around the corner for work, delivery costs 2 euros and then on delivery comes the cheeky statement: '' Greetings from the management, you can pick up the order yourself next time at a distance of 100 meters and not have it delivered separately ! '' The statement is the greatest cheek of you pears! Even if I live next door and I want to have it delivered, you do it. In the end, the sushi box arrived half broken! I will share my experience with everyone! Very cheeky the statements that come from you. It's not the first time I've heard of you guys! The end result was that the sushi didn't even taste good, especially when it arrived half-broken!

We wanted to have the sushi delivered first, 10 € according to the internet, so we pick it up. On the current flyer, which we only got there, there is only 2 € !? No minimum order value on delivery. The food itself was okay, the tempura sushi was quite greasy in my opinion. Duplicate personal details when picking up despite online order and pick-up without contact promised according to the Internet.

After a long time I ordered again, we were always satisfied with the quality, but delivery time of up to 3 hours was rather unpleasant .... yesterday then specially pre-ordered 5pm for 7pm. It was there right on time. As always fresh and top quality.

Unfortunately not recommended as a delivery service with a completely excessive delivery fee of 10 euros in the easily and quickly accessible city area.

On the one hand, a long wait, which one would like to tolerate with a delicious meal, but we are very disappointed! A large order squeezed into 2 boxes, you had to fumble apart who owned what, mini-sachets of soy that couldn't be portioned, some of the sushi could not be eaten with chopsticks (fell apart immediately) and with Stremel salmon it had a "fishy" taste, rather disgusting!

Usually we were always very satisfied. But constant delivery delays or the ordered food was forgotten to give to the supplier is just annoying. Ordered 5 times in a row, 5 times extremely late. Constantly calling and asking when the food will be delivered or whether it has already gone out ... always the same answer ... Unfortunately, sobering ... And never again.

We wanted to order today because we found a voucher code in the mailbox a while ago (despite the sign that we do not want to receive advertising). The code was still valid and was written correctly, but according to the website and app the code does not exist. This is the purest kidding and the reason why we will definitely not buy anything more here.

Since I've been to the sushi friends in Jena a lot, I made a reservation by phone for a visit to Chemnitz. We were on the date mentioned because unfortunately the reservation was made too early and with 3 people too few! They apologized, but we were allowed to leave without being offered a compromise. RESERVES ONLINE!

Homemade drinks were more than great! Service was good. Sushi in itself delicious, unfortunately the menu was not very understandable and we ordered way too much. We would have liked the waitress to tell us that it was going to be a lot and whether that was our intention. Fortunately, we were able to take the rest with us without any problems. Our starter was very plentiful and tasty.

Waited more than an hour for food despite reservation. It also took a while until the new order for the drinks was taken. Food itself was good and sufficient.

Ordered online for the first time yesterday to pick it up. Had to wait another 20 minutes, although you could specify beforehand when you would like to pick it up, but that didn't really bother me, we are all just human. The sushi was really tasty and especially fresh. Payment with Ec card was very easy and super friendly staff. Gladly again

The sushi tastes good and is nicely presented. However, the specified delivery time is often far exceeded. Unfortunately, not just by a few minutes, but up to an hour and that is not customer-friendly at all. Very frustrating.

The sushi tasted good, there was nothing to complain about. In the restaurant, however, the drivers go in and out and every time the front door slams so that you almost fall off your chair. That bothered us a lot. Since we had to wait a long time, there is a 2 star deduction.

It's a very good restaurant. We can find delicious food . Every one should try it once

It was really nice to eat here. The ambience is really cozy, it looks all classy and inviting. The service was really friendly, attentive and yet not penetrating. The food was nicely prepared and really delicious. Absolutely recommended. Gladly again.

Great sushi, great drinks! I really like to go there! Even at noon, it works great when you call and ordered, then the food is ready when you arrive and you do not have to extend the lunch break forever.

Great sellection of Sushi, awesome cocktails and 100 differnt tea types. You won't be disappointed, we group of friends went hear for atleast 15-20 times and we always like it
